Izgrađena je početkom 16. vijeka. Najstarija je sačuvana potkupolna džamija u Sarajevu. Specifična je po tome što je jedina džamija u Sarajevu uz koju se nalaze dućani (prodavnice).
The mosque was built at the beginning o the 16th century. It is the oldest existing semi-dome mosque in Sarajevo. It is characteristic for being the only mosque in Sarajevo next to which are shops.
