Jedna je od najstarijih sačuvanih zgrada. Izgrađena je u periodu od 1898. do 1900. godine po projektu Nazifa Bey’dira. U Vijećnici se nalazi deset soba i dvije dvorane. Jedna od soba otvorena je za posjete u znak sječanja na Mustafu Kemala Atatürka. Za vrijeme bugarske okupacije u njoj je bio smješten bugarski kralj Ferdinand. Također u njoj je boravio grčki kralj Konstantin za vrijeme grčke okupacije.
City Hall is one of the oldest surviving buildings. It was built in the period from 1898 to 1900, according to the project Nazif Bey’dira. In the City Hall there are ten rooms and two conference rooms. One of the rooms is open to public in the memory of Mustafa Kemal Atatürk. During the Bulgarian occupation the Bulgarian King Ferdinand was located there. Also occupying it was the Greek King Constantine during the Greek occupation.
