Preko puta parka nalazi se Hotel Palas izgrađen 1933. godine i Trg Krajine sa kojeg polazi pješačka zona Gospodska ulica (ulica Veselina Masleše) koju krase neorenesansne zgrade s kraja 19. vijeka. U Gospodskoj ulici nalazi se veliki broj prodavnica brendiranih proizvođača.Na kraju ulice nalazi se zgrada Gradske palate, Saborni hram Hrista spasitelja i Banski dvor.
